Dear All, This is a brief explanation of the two second year show clips, a little something on hand washing and being happy (this sounds common sensical, but i learned that a lot of people, including myself, have been washing our hands in the wrong way, and i thought because it&#8217;s flu season, it may be helpful if we started washing our hands in the right way). The last bit on happiness is something we learned in psychiatry, which again sounds like common sense, but something that i didn&#8217;t really think of before, so hopefully you&#8217;ll find it somewhat helpful. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! Jeff</p>
